Katie Liu Leung (Motherwell, 8 de agosto de 1987) é uma atriz britânica nascida na Escócia Interpretou a personagem Cho Chang na série Harry Potter. Para conseguir o papel de Cho Chang, ela teve de competir com quatro mil garotas, e acabou conseguindo o papel, sem nunca antes ter atuado. Seus pais são divorciados, sua mãe é Kar Wai-li. Tem um irmão mais novo (Jonathan) e uma irmã mais nova (Violet).
